We believe the best way to find your perfect fit is to: measure your bust, waist and hips and use the chart below to find the size your dimensions best line up with.

Fits may differ due to body torso length and height. Please get in touch with fitexpert@baiia.com.au for questions relating to fit & size.

Please note that due to the thickness of our fabrics and our suit's shape controlling properties, they should feel quite snug or tight initially - especially when first putting on. The nature of these fabrics are to soften to your shape after a few wears, making them much more comfortable once worn in, particularly around the hip area. Swimwear fabric naturally also becomes more generous in stretch when in contact with water.

Our sizes are true to standard Australian sizing, however they are a firmer fit initially to allow for any softening of the fabric. If you have two or more measurements within one size, we generally recommend that one for the perfect fit. Due to our signature three-piece design, torso length does not often affect your size in the same way a traditional one-piece design might, however, women who identify as being 'shorter' generally find more success going a size down if they are between sizes.    

Our darker reverse styles (Martinique, Tulum, Valencia and Riad) are made with a blended Nylon fabric crafted from ocean waste allowing for a more relaxed fit. If you are after sculpting and shape-wear like qualities in this product we do recommend sizing down.

What will be on sale?

Everything!....almost. Our entire site will be discounted, excluding our Gift Cards and our Guyulgang Collection pieces.

Will other discounts or promo codes be valid during the sale?

No, you won't be able to combine any pre-existing discount or promo codes with our Black Friday sale.

If you have a Gift Card or Store Credit, you can absolutely use that at checkout!

What if I already ordered and missed out on the sale?

Unfortunately, we're unable to extend the Black Friday promotion outside of the sale period. Any Black Friday discounts or gifts are not applicable/redeemable for past orders.

How do I receive the discount?

Our discounted products will already have their prices adjusted. No discount codes required!

Will you have any free gifts?

We certainly do! Be sure to add the gift to your cart once your cart meets the minimum spend. We're unable to amend or cancel orders after they have been placed, so please be sure you add your free gift to your cart before checking out.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, our team are unable to make any changes or cancel your order after payment has been received.

How long until my order has shipped?

We're expecting a very very high volume of orders, so please expect some delays with our dispatch time!
Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be sent.

From there, please anticipate delays with postage delivery timeframes during this busy period.

How do I know my size?

Our Fit Experts are here to help! We highly recommend reaching out to our team at fitexpert@baiia.com.au for assistance with sizing. Send through your bust, waist and hip measurements for the most accurate sizing recommendation.

How long will the sale run for?

Our Black Friday sale will be running for a limited time only and while stock lasts. To make sure you don’t miss out on this event, please be sure that you place your order as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. We expect to sell out!

Will I be able to return items purchased during the sale?

Yes, items purchased during the sale will be returnable for store credit or exchange. 

However, any items marked as ‘Final Sale’ (e.g. items from our Last Chance Collection), will not be returnable.
